Lady Shruti Rana was the first woman in UK who took the initiative to create a women council within GOPIO. Inspired by Lady Rana a Gopio Women Council has been founded by Sharda Nandram in Holland together with a team of four women. Last Friday, 25^th of November, they had their first expert meeting with women of the NRI and PIO community in multicultural centre Forum in Utrecht.
