In the wake of the recent ‘economic tsunami’ and the subsequent unraveling of the world economy, it is more apparent than ever that a more conscious and sustainable approach to entrepreneurship, leadership and society is essential for economic recovery.

The Women Council of GOPIO Holland has designed a one day Conference to reflect on the transformations that are being faced by entrepreneurs, managers and citizens in their professional lives. Furthermore this conference will discuss the current and future role that women play in understanding and enabling these transformations in order to help cultivate a more sustainable world economy. Historically- from Vedic, Vedantic to the post-Vedic age, the Indian mindset has been proven to be transformative. Therefore the GOPIO Women Council feels that addressing the current transformations is one of her priorities.

OBJECTIVES OF CONFERENCE
The conference aims to rein the three fields; to give the opportunity to participants to be inspired by meeting and interacting with role models, and by experiencing transformations through practices.
